3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The customer wishes to return a new, unused item within the 30-day window.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging.
  • Defect Exception: The only exception to the "unused" requirement is if a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning upon its first use, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.
    Upon approval, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
5. Return Shipping and Fees
For all approved returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Noble Recovery Home covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Defective Returns: The cost of the return shipping label, plus a 25% restocking fee, will be deducted from your final refund total.
  • Unauthorized Returns: If you send an item back without using our provided label, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for shipping costs or processing.
6. Refunds and Replacements
  • Inspection: Refunds or replacements are issued after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
  • Replacements: If preferred, we can ship a replacement item instead of issuing a refund. Exchanges for the same item do not incur a restocking fee. 
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable goods.

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items.
8. Cancellations
  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must follow the return process outlined above.
