Every order ships with a tracking number. Here is exactly where to find yours, and what happens at every step.

Find your order status

The fastest way: open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and click View your order. That page shows the live status and carrier tracking for your exact order.

No email at hand? Sign in here with just your email address. We send you a one-time code, no password needed, and your account lists every order with its live tracking.

What happens after you order

  1. Order confirmed. A confirmation email reaches you within minutes of purchase.
  2. Packed and handed to the carrier. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the shipping label is created, usually within 3-9 business days.
  3. On the way. Delivery takes 3-9 business days. The tracking link updates at every carrier scan.
  4. Delivered. The tracking page marks your order as delivered. If anything looks off, we are one email away.

Common questions

When do I get my tracking number?
Within 3-9 business days of ordering, by email. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

My tracking has not updated in a while.
Carriers sometimes take 24 to 48 hours between scans, especially right after pickup. If nothing moves for 3 business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.

I need to change my delivery address.
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
